Information we collect

Information you send us

When you send a request through our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you need, your project description, and any drawings or photos you attach. If you call us, we keep the details you give us about your job.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use them to run and secure the site.

Google Maps

Our service area map is an image loaded from Google Maps. When your browser loads it, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If we add any, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

• To respond to your request, quote the work, do the work, and arrange pickup or shipping.
• To contact you about your request or job.
• To run, maintain, and secure this site.
• To keep business records and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host this site and deliver form submissions to us. They act on our behalf and may use the information only to provide those services.
• Affiliates under common ownership with us, when needed to respond to your request. They must follow this policy.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
• Business transfers. If we are part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal. We will give notice before it becomes subject to a different policy.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your job, and keep business records required by law. Server logs are kept for a shorter period unless we need them for security.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us at (760) 246-0035 or write to us at the address below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not track visitors across other websites, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends that signal.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Google Maps for directions. We do not control those sites. Review their privacy policies before you share information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
