Machining. Fabrication. Repair.

Bring us a drawing, a worn part, or the problem you need solved. We will help define the work and find a practical way to get it done.

The shop does manual and conventional machining on mills and lathes, custom fabrication, and custom machinery.

Machining

Manual and conventional milling, turning, drilling, and boring on mills and lathes. We make replacement parts and repair worn components for big, heavy equipment.

Welding & fabrication

Custom fabrication and custom machinery built to fit the job. We cut, bend, roll, and weld brackets, frames, guards, chutes, and assemblies, and modify existing components so they work better in service.

Industrial gears, a drive chain, and a metal shaft.

Repair & rebuilds

Pumps, compressors, gearboxes, cylinders, and pneumatic components brought back to service. We assess the part, repair what can be saved, and replace what cannot.

Reverse engineering

No drawing? Bring the old part. We measure what is left, work out what it should be, draw it up in CAD with SolidWorks, and make a new one.

Plant outage support

Scheduled shutdown coming up, or a breakdown that cannot wait? Bring the parts to the shop. We repair and fabricate around your outage schedule so the plant gets back online.

Outside processing

When a job needs laser cutting, waterjet cutting, or powder coating, we coordinate it with outside shops and deliver the finished part.

Start with the problem. Finish with the answer.

Good shop work starts with knowing what the part has to do. We keep the process simple, keep you informed, and make parts that hold up.
